Daystar Studios Entertainment (DSE), is a full service multimedia and entertainment company that is involved in all aspects of the entertainment industry including production, publishing, interactive media, licensing and public relations.

Founded in 2004 in Bowie MD by writer/novelist Ray Lenard Brown. This production company was initially created to produce, publish and promote a series of comic books (The Quest) based on novel series written by Ray L. Brown. Brown put together an impressive team of writers and artist to create the project. However, he discovered half way through the process that, if it were going to be a success, he must take on a more active role in the process. Daystar was established for that purpose and as the project began to develop so did the Daystar vision and responsibility.

Now DSE will not only produce this great series, but it will endeavor to produce other projects as well; whether it is an original project or a work that we have acquired the rights to, Daystar will produce nothing but quality projects.

Since its inception, DSE has become a genuine 21st century studio – a full service entertainment entity comprised of a small group of subsidiary companies or divisions that represent all major parts of the entertainment industry. We are unique in the fact that not only do we have divisions that can stand alone in the service of our clients, properties and projects; but each division is design to support another on any particular project, thereby enabling DSE to expand its reach into all areas of this industry.
